The second half of the week-long break took me to the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Poor planning - from our late landing to a last-minute booking for Paris - led to my time in Amalfi to span only 12 hours. Our cliffside AirBNB provided a fully expansive view of the coast and the lack of artificial light provided some of the best views of the stars I have ever seen. I stayed awake for as long as my body would let me; these photos range from 3:30am to 1pm the same day.
